2 Account Registration & Management

For security purposes, Globet may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

Warning: Providing false information or using another person's details when registering will be treated as fraud and will result in permanent account termination.

3 Betting Rules

There are certain rules that must be followed when placing bets on Globet. These rules apply equally to all users.

  • Globet reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error

  • If a user's account is banned or suspended

4 Payments & Transactions

Globet supports deposits and withdrawals through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are fully secure and encrypted.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Policy

  • Bonuses may only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly
  • Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5

8 Account Suspension & Closure

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded. However, in cases involving fraud, the balance may be forfeited. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9 Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident
  • If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to management

10 Changes to Terms

Globet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised and a notification may be sent to your registered email.

  • At least 7 days' notice will be given prior to any significant changes
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
